OUR STORY
Founded and scaled by entrepreneur and executive leader Tobi Lyon, Ngage Management was a full-service association and event management firm serving healthcare, professional, trade, and nonprofit organizations at the state, national, and international levels.
Founded in 2013, Ngage rapidly grew from a startup into Michigan’s largest association management company, earning recognition as one of Michigan’s “50 Companies to Watch” while supporting organizations across 12 states and leading a distributed workforce of 100+ employees spanning more than 15 states.
The organization became known for its collaborative, modern, and flexible approach—tailoring services to each client’s unique needs rather than forcing organizations into a one-size-fits-all model.
Over the course of more than a decade, Ngage partnered with organizations to strengthen operations, grow membership, expand impact, and navigate complex organizational challenges. Through strategic leadership, operational excellence, and innovative thinking, the firm built a reputation for helping organizations not only sustain success—but thrive.
