A Message from Tobi

We want our clients and supporters to know that the Michigan Society of Association Executives will transition from Ngage Management.

While change and making hard choices are complex, we are incredibly proud of the work we accomplished together and remain excited to watch both organizations successfully move forward.

I am privileged to have served on the MSAE board, and Ngage has been a very active member of MSAE. We recognize the importance of belonging to MSAE and will continue to champion its mission of partnering with industry experts to foster excellence among association professionals.

Our staff who helped lead and faithfully serve these organizations will remain full-time Ngage employees. In 2022-2023, we will be serving at 24 national associations and state associations in eight different states, all while maintaining our headquarters in Michigan. This means we will also have 78 team members in nine different states.

Ngage’s strategic direction and long-term vision are to keep expanding our footprint at the national level and to bring more associations’ headquarters to Michigan. We want to provide additional employment opportunities for association professionals in the Great Lakes State. We will focus on clients that not only fit our service model but are a good match for our culture. We aim to keep Ngage positioned to not only best serve our clients but to live by our Ngage values.
